Hello Membership Committee members! I've cross-posted this to both committees and just shared with the Board of Directors as well, just FYI.
Attached you will see a comprehensive new monthly membership dashboard prepared for you that will be posted at the close of each month to give you a clear view into the tracking of our membership community throughout the year. This dashboard will provide quite a few different views into the status of the community at the end of each month, including member type and regional data analysis and status to budget, and will also provide an update on our 2024-2028 European strategy. I will include other information as it trends, or at your request.
You will see in the October report that we are trending WELL ahead of past years – including the banner year we had in 2023. We ended October at 25% to budgeted numbers, noting that we finished October 2023 at 29% to budgeted #s – but we budgeted for 2,500 paid members in '24 vs the 1,600 we budgeted in '23. I am confident that we will continue to trend towards our overall goal of 2,500 members in 2024!
