Compound-mediated Interferences in Homogenous Proximity Assays

When:  Sep 25, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM (CT)
Compound-mediated Interferences in Homogenous Proximity Assays with Jayme L. Dahlin, M.D., Ph.D., Postdoctoral Fellow, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School

Attendees will learn representative examples of homogeneous proximity assays and how they help prioritize bioactive molecules in small-molecule libraries and chemical probe discovery. Dr. Dahlin will also discuss common sources of compound-mediated interference in homogenous proximity assays, and how counter-screens can mitigate and identify compound-mediated assay interferences.
