    Hey Everyone in the SLAS community,
    We are looking for some assistance in analyzing some flow cytometry results from some of our current experiments. We basically need assistance in validating our flow cytometry gating strategy to identify target cell populations. Please message me if you are available and we can share the FCS files.

    Hey there Coleman, don't know if this is what you're looking for exactly, but for my own FCS analyses I've found it convinient to use the fcsparser library https://github.com/eyurtsev/fcsparser , within Jupyter & matplotlib to visualize the gates etc (but I also didn't have access to FloJo or other "standard" flow cytometry software)

    Thanks Tim,
    This is a good resource. We currently have FloJo so we can visualize the FCS files but we need some assistance in setting our gates properly.
