  • 1.  High throughput confocal microscopy

Hi! I have a colleague interested in purchasing a spinning-disk confocal high throughput system to image both cell monolayers and 3D structures (organoids, gastruloids...). They would like the use of lasers (and not LEDs) as light source for confocal imaging.

Do you know of a brand or a microscope that would fit these requirements?

    Thank you!

We use a 2-laser Revvity Opera Phenix, and it supports both monolayer and 3D applications. Unfortunately, they are quite expensive. You can also look at instruments by Yokogawa.
